This PARC Fest is going to be very different! COVID-19 plays a factor but so does the growing event. We aim to make this a fun-filled holiday weekend for everyone and adapting to the changes will be a part of your requirements to participate in the overall Weekend. We get it, it’s a lot. DRIVER CAP: 170 PER DAY
PARC Drift instituted a daily driver cap after the over saturation at Summer Jam earlier this year. The Cap is designed to give the Drivers more track-time! To help ease some stress about making it on the track, we are offering a pre-registration for each day of PARC Fest 2020. THERE WILL BE NO WAITING LIST.
NO REFUNDS
You read that right; no refunds will be given since buying a spot takes it away from someone else. No refunds if your car is too loud to drive. Drivers who are unable to use their pass will be able to transfer their spot to another driver; if approved through PARC Registration ONLY.
CAMPING
Camping will NOT be available for purchase prior to the Event. Camping is NOT distance restricted this time but WILL be limited based on space. First come, first served. We will have pre-spaced camping spots available to you. The space between camping spots MAY NOT BE USED! We know, COVID sucks.
PIT SPOTS
Pit Spots do not come with Driver Entry. When we are full we are full. We have “zoned” off the property to better serve your needs and get as many people in here as we can; keeping all COVID-19 concerns in mind. There will be 3 “zones” inside the venue: Pit Only Spots, Pit/Camping Spots & Tent Camping Only Spots. All zones are first come; first served. Space left between spots MUST remain open at all times.
SHUTTLES
WE HAVE ADDED MORE SHUTTLES! Since only registered Drift Cars will be allowed past Registration, we are here to help you get your stuff in. By stuff we mean: car parts, tools, tires, wheels, chairs, coolers, ice, easy ups, people, gear, camping equipment, outside food/drink, tents & bags.
MANDATORY DRIVERS MEETING
Our events now have Mandatory Drivers Meetings. This means you must be present at the Drivers Meeting PRIOR to going on track. We will have two meeting available to you; 10am & Noon. If you miss the 10am Meeting, you may NOT go on the track until after the Noon Meeting. If you miss or cannot make it to either meeting you must beg & plead, nicely, to the owner to give you a personal Drivers Meeting; he will.
FOOD
On Site Food Trucks will be on site from varying times throughout the event. Outside Food & Drinks ARE ALLOWED! You all can quit trying to be sneaky; we don’t care. We just ask that you clean up after yourselves and do not have any open containers while cars are on track.
MEDIA
Media is all pre-approved. Email media@patsacres.com to try and make it on the list. There are no camping restrictions this Event. Camping is NOT included with media list approval. Spots are still first come, first served for media. All your equipment will be shuttled into the venue; no vehicles.
